2. Using our Site
Only persons of age to form legally binding contracts under applicable law may use our booking reservation systems.  Minors are not permitted to book vacations on our site, though they may review our content for informational purposes.  By booking a cruise or vacation you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to make false or fraudulent reservations for yourself or other parties.  Cruise lines impose strict penalty schedules for cruise reservations made and then cancelled within certain time frames.  Travel Value Center will not be liable for said cancel fees under any circumstance.  All other uses of our site other than for those purposes for which it was intended are unlawful and prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

Travel Value Center reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to our Web Site at anytime, without notice and without liability to Travel Value Center.

3. Description of Service
Travel Value Center provides our users with the most advanced on-line resources, for both cruise and land packages as well as virtual tours, news updates, personalized content and product information provided by our third parties.  You understand and agree that our Service is provided "AS_IS" and that Travel Value Center assumes no responsibility for the pricing, descriptions, availability or for misquotes or description errors by the cruise lines, their agents and our cruise technology nor our land vendors.

4. Cruise Pricing Terms & Conditions
Our initial results screen sample prices are in U.S. Dollars and are per person, double occupancy, and do not include taxes or airfare unless otherwise noted. Fuel surcharges are not included unless noted. These rates are updated periodically but sometimes sell outs can occur the same day or even while your are researching your vacation. 

Passengers receiving special rates based on residency, age or military status will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, birth certificate or driver's license) or military id at the pier to validate state of residency, age or military status prior to boarding the cruise ship. This proof of id may in some instances need to be faxed to our agency before the cruise. Some military rates are available for military families, please see our military page for specifics.

Prices shown include port charges. We carefully monitor all of the information presented on our site; however, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies. Our ship details and public area photos are for informational purposes only.

Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, departure city, ship, stateroom level, and class of airfare available. All offers and upgrades are for selected dates, sailings, and stateroom categories only, are subject to availability, and are limited. Savings shown are based on cruise lines published brochure rates. Additional restrictions may apply. All prices and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice.

Prices featured in our Cruisebase reservation system and hyperlink ads are not final until payment has been received by the cruise line selected for travel. Final payment must be confirmed and validated by Travel Value Center. Pricing and availability may change without notice at anytime. Travel Value Center is not responsible or liable for errors or omissions that may occur as a result of the transfer of incorrect information from selected third parties, lack of availability, timed out sessions, lack of transmission of information or for any other technical problem.

5. Changes and Cancellation Fees
Be aware these fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or if the booking is cancelled. Fees listed below are in addition to the Cruise Line penalties.

Cancellation:  $50 per cabin

Reroute or Reissue documents: $25 per package

Air Deviation: $35 and up per person

Name Change: $35

Debit Cards - If you are using a debit card you must notify Travel Value Center of your daily charge limit at least 24 hours prior to payment.

Credit Card Declines - In the event that your credit card is declined, Travel Value Center will attempt payment up to two additional times and will attempt to contact you.  If we cannot obtain credit card authorization, your cruise will be subject to cancellation and standard penalties will apply.

6. Privacy
You have read the Travel Value Center  Privacy Policy and agree that the terms of  the policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by Travel Value Center  and/or its third-party providers and distributors in accordance with the terms and purposes described therein.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Travel Value Center and its affiliates, officers, agents and co-branders or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our service or cruise or land booking systems.

8. Advertisers and Links
Your correspondence and business dealing with advertisers on or through our site are at your own risk.  Travel Value Center shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on our site.

All links to outside websites are provided solely as an informational resource and are not endorsed by Travel Value Center unless specifically stated. Travel Value Center makes no claims to the validity, timeliness or functionality of the content.  You agree Travel Value Center shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings on outside web sites and you visit such sites at your own risk.
